Natural Stone

Natural Stone Tile Slab

Natural stone is extraordinarily beautiful and strong because it was created by years of underground heat and pressure.

  • Heat & fire resistance
  • Scratch & chip resistant
  • Stain & etch resistant
  • Lifelong Durability

Each natural stone is entirely distinct since they are all mined. Natural stone turns any surface into a one-of-a-kind work of art, from bathroom vanities and wall tiling to kitchen counters and flooring.

Caring For & Maintaining Your Natural Stone

Countertops and floors made of natural stone should be cleaned with neutral cleaners made for stone. These cleaners are strong, pH-neutral cleaners that won't hurt sealers or other types of coatings that are already on the surface. Acid or bleach should never be used to clean stone. Acids, even a weak solution of vinegar and water, can etch and damage many kinds of natural stone over time. Using a sponge or spray bottle, mix the pH-neutral cleaner with water as directed by the manufacturer and apply it to the stone surface. Let the solution sit for the amount of time recommended by the manufacturer to make sure it gets into the stone. Use a sponge or soft bristle brush to stir. Use a clean sponge to get rid of the dirty solution, and then buff dry.
